These pages changed depending on the type of user and his/her activity within the Playstation Network (PSN). Such user examples include an “Enthusiast” who is an avid gamer and logs on to PSN frequently, and a “Seeker” who is visiting the page for the first time and is not logged into PSN.

After the initial load of the site, a silhouette of a mutant would appear behind the webpage, walking towards the screen. Graphics and other elements from the page would start to shake, fall apart, and then explode, as the mutant shoots his way through the site.

This game is an upcoming first-person shooter from the creators of Doom and Quake, utilizing id Software’s new id Tech 5 engine. The game is developed by John Carmack and his team at id Software, and published by Bethesda Softworks.
